Search the MLS Litings to learn about homes currently for sale.  Sort by location, price range, number of bedrooms and other amenities.  When considering purchasing a home it is important to obtain a mortgage prequalification letter before contacting a local Realtor.  San Jose and Cupertino Realtors will be more comfortable showing you properties if you provide them with the letter. 

There are numerous resources available to consumers for conducting real estate searches.  You can also find properties that are for sale by owner, these homes are being sold without the help of professional real estate brokers.
